Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use LOOM. If you use LOOM on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at contact@loomfashion.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their explicit consent.
• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, defamatory, deceptive or infringing content, including deepfakes of real people, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates another person.
• Use LOOM to generate malware, phishing content, or to attempt to jailbreak or bypass our safety filters.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or bypass the rate limits of the Service.
• Use LOOM to build a competing dataset or train another AI model.

You are solely responsible for your prompts and inputs, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for having all necessary rights to any content you upload. We may remove, restrict, filter or refuse content and outputs, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice. Rights-holders can report infringing content at contact@loomfashion.io; repeated infringers will have their accounts terminated.

The stylist recommendations, outfits, tips and virtual try-on images are generated by AI. They are provided "as is" for inspiration and entertainment. LOOM does not guarantee that:

• An outfit will fit your body, budget, climate or occasion perfectly.
• A try-on image is a photorealistic representation of you wearing the item.
• A recommended item is currently available, correctly priced or in stock.

You are solely responsible for any purchase decision you make based on our recommendations.

You keep all rights to the photos and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant LOOM a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit Your Content strictly to operate the Service for you (e.g. generate your try-on image and store it in your account). We do not use Your Content to train AI models and do not sell it.

LOOM shows products from third-party retailers (eBay, StockX, brand sites, etc.) that match your outfit. Some links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission if you purchase. Prices, stock and shipping are set by those retailers and can change at any time — LOOM is not the seller and is not a party to your transaction with them.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment terms, billing, applicable taxes, currency conversion, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund practices — including our 90-day money-back guarantee — are described in our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time from paddle.net. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated / serious violation of these Terms.

The LOOM name, logo, interface, code, texts and design are owned by LOOM Fashion and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

We do our best to keep LOOM available and performant, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOOM Fashion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid LOOM in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) 50 EUR.

You may stop using LOOM at any time and request account deletion by emailing contact@loomfashion.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and, where applicable, the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
